The Challenge runs Monday 7th September 2026 to Thursday 10th September. You have the weekend off to play with what you have learnt, then the second week - Monday 14th September - Wednesday 16th September.
Who am I?
I'm Maree Burgess and I'm the person behind the Perspective Shifting Process.
I've been working with professional women for over 20 years, helping them lift their capability and sort out how to tap into their potential.
I know that most people don't need another strategy nearly as much as they need a new perspective. The beliefs we hold quietly shape every decision we make, every opportunity we pursue, and every version of ourselves we allow to exist.
That's why I created the Perspective Shifting Process. Because I've lived what happens when one new way of seeing yourself changes everything. My mission is to help other women stop being held back by the stories they've believed for years, so they can create a life that finally matches who they really are.
The people who work with me don't just leave with notes or worksheets. They leave with a new way of thinking. Because over time, my questions become their questions.
My perspectives become their perspectives.
And eventually, those new perspectives become new beliefs.
My goal isn't for you to need another coaching session. My goal is that one day you'll hear my voice asking exactly the question you need, at exactly the moment you need it.
And then you'll realise... it isn't my voice anymore, it's yours.
